1. Who you are dealing with
This store is operated by Ethan Udall, trading as Slop Shop, in the United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms as written on the day of purchase.
2. Products
All items are printed to order. Colours shown on screen are an approximation, and garment-dyed fabric varies slightly between units. That variation is a property of the blank rather than a defect.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and refund any affected order. Designs may be produced in limited quantities and withdrawn permanently once sold out or once their listing period ends.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, copy and photography on this site are original works owned by us. Reproduction for resale is not permitted. If you believe something here infringes your rights, email slopshopusa@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
7. Returns
Refunds, replacements and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
